COMPARE AND CONTRAST THE TWO CERTIFICATES IN THE PICTURE BELOW on the RED BOXES. Picture on Left: Properly verified and signed results certificate from Chongwe constituency. Picture on Right: A FAKE DOCTORED CERTIFICATE FROM Feira constituency ECZ, the manager of the election signed and so did the stake holders on whose behalf ECZ is managing the election on left picture. ECZ cant say political party agents are not required to sign the verified results. That is wrong and unacceptable. In a country like ours where credibility is in short supply, all stakeholders need to verify and sign papers where their interests lie. Besides ECZ cant have different standard and procedures for each constituency eg Chongwe and Fiera constituencies. Why have a properly verified and signed certificate in Chongwe but tolerate or apply a lower standard in Fiera where only UNKNOWN official signs?
