CONGRATULATIONS to East Bernstadt Fire Department (EBFD) in Laurel County, Kentucky! Today, EBFD became the 34TH agency in Kentucky to acquire an All Terrain Res-Q (ATR) off road patient transport trailer. With opening of the new Wildcat Adventures and Off Road Park in their jurisdiction, EBFD determined they needed a proven professionally designed, engineered and manufactured emergency patient transport trailer thats capable of being towed by an assortment of OHVs. While EBFDs new ATR trailer wont be delivered for another week, thanks to the Kentucky Department of Agricultures ATV / UTV Safety & Rescue Program theyll be ready to respond when it arrives. As volunteer members of EBFD have been attending KDAs classes taught at the Southeastern Kentucky Fire Fighters Associations Fall Fire / Rescue School, key personnel already have hands-on experience with this lifesaving equipment. So, welcome aboard to members of EBFD to the All Terrain Res-Q Off Road Res-Q Team!!!
