CONNECTICUT WEATHERS LATEST WEATHER DISCUSSION April 29, 2014 8:35 PM Low pressure with a stationary front remains to the west-southwest of us. The stationary front will become a warm front as it begins a slow slide toward us. The warm front will be spreading showers into the state overnight with occasional showers through tomorrow. As the front approaches, the showers will become periods of rain and the rain will be heavy at times which could cause poor drainage flooding. The front will pass tomorrow night with unsettled but warmer weather for Thursday. Dry and seasonable weather will take us into the weekend. Meteorologist Bill Jacquemin
