Kitchen is the most important portion of the house, so put your money there in remodeling such as aluminum appliances, good looking cabinets and shiny looking tile floorings will do wonders. Spend more money in the bathroom and add if necessary. Replace the lightings, put new shower heads and door, new tubs, paint the walls and hang decorative pictures. Have the front door with attractive paint color along with other exterior portion of the unit thus will humbly impress you and your family every time you go in and out of your dream home. THINK POSITIVELY, PRODUCTIVELY AND BURY THE PAST DEFECTS THAT YOU HAVE SEEN JUST BEAR IN MIND THE APPRECIATION VALUE AFTER REPAIRS ARE DONE.“HAPPY HOUSE HUNTING”.
