CONSTITUTIONALLY SPEAKING IT IS THE DUTY OF THE PEOPLE TO RESTRICT - TopicsExpress

CONSTITUTIONALLY SPEAKING IT IS THE DUTY OF THE PEOPLE TO RESTRICT AND CONTROL THE ACTIONS OF GOVERNMENT. IT IS NOT THE DUTY OF GOVERNMENT TO RESTRICT AND CONTROL THE PEOPLE. Constitutionally speaking, it is the duty of government which was created by and for We The People to serve and best facilitate the needs of We The People. Anything that in government that delays or denies our rights except in the case of a national emergency is an unconstitutional act against the people. Unfortunately, the majority of Congress are lawyers and they operate under judicial precedence regardless of its constitutional legality. This has been a systematic way of limiting and controlling the free exercise of our rights. It is time to once again to live fully under the constitution as it was written and not under judicial malfeasance and fiat. Our Constitution was written in a concise and clear manner. Nowhere in it does it give courts the authority to rule from the bench in the matter of law except for in the case of questions of constitutionality. If a law is deemed to be unconstitutional it MUST be returned to the legislative body that enacted it. They have the right to vacate the law or modify it to conform within the framework of the Constitution. It amazes me that the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and our Bill of Rights were done in just over 8,000 words. All laws were once written so that the average voter could easily read and understand them. Those are the days we need to return to. Join US as we work together to ensure both the freedom and survival of our nation. ~Benghazi~MLB https://facebook/NationalVoteOutIncumbents
