The sixteen years of PCCs existence is characterized by passion, dedication and excellent service which foster the growth of cooperatives to help uplift the socio-economic lives of its members. These attributes propelled PCC to where it is right now coupled with the able leadership of the officers and members who helped put PCC into the pedestal and now gearing to be the Apex organization of the cooperatives in the country. This years theme: Gearing up for the Asean Integration:, is a manifestation of PCCs efforts in pursuing for a global approach in the real of cooperatives. Additionally, it also encapsulates the collective will of your members in continuing to empower them through the integration process. You have already built leadership through your commitment and dedication and it is my fervent hope that your efforts will be put into good use as we hope to be more progressive in the coming years.
