CORE-lation Challenge Day 3: Workouts ITS LEG DAY!!! and you know what that means?? •squats• If you dont have sliders, thats ok, just tap your foot out instead or use paper plates or wash rag depending on type of floor, it just makes you work harder! Your legs have the biggest muscles on your body so its easier to push past your limits and really feel the burn! Key with squats: GET LOW!!! *regular squats- keeping knees behind you toes, go down to parallel (not shown) *sumo squats- feet farther than shoulder width, toes pointed out, kept back straight *lunges - many different ways to lunge, try back and side, touch the floor to make sure you are low enough! *bowler lunges- looks like it sounds, really works the side of your butt for that added roundness ;) Just do as many as you can for a full minute, really wear yourself out! :)
