CORRUPTION is just not bribery, it is Perversion of Integrity, it is rottenness. Bribery is one of the constituents. Often public are equally blamed for promoting CORRUPTION. Water supply, power supply, license to a vehicle etc, public services are centers of harassment,CORRUPTION, People are Victims , pushed into CORRUPTION. The leaders of CORRUPTION are made leaders of posts, seats,contractors and finally Lead Nation..... They do not have Shame if any one calls them Corrupt, possibly consider it as a status symbol...Politics, Crime& Corruption share a common gene, this is post-Independence mutation. CORRUPTION and FAKE MANIFESTOS are synonymous.....
