CREATED FOR KINGDOM DOMINION Text: Gen. 1:28; Rom. 5:17 When Jesus came to earth, He declared the coming of a new government that required a radical change of mind...a government called the kingdom of God. Mark 1:14-15; Matt. 4:17; 9:35; 12:28 Jesus brought to earth Gods total solution to mans total problem...a government of heaven...so that mankind can be restored back to their rightful place of dominion over earth. Mans purpose, dominion, and authority is find in the kingdom of God, that is why Jesus instructed us to pray and seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. The coming of Gods kingdom on earth and in our lives destroys the forces of the kingdom of satan and his agents...Dan. 2:44. Ignorance of Gods kingdom and His righteousness is the reason for our struggle and suffering...there is abundance in the kingdom! The message of the kingdom of God is a message about restoration of mans original purpose, dominion, and authority. Youre created as a king...designed for dominion - you have a dominion to establish and expand the kingdom of God in your life, family, finance, marketplace, office, and the world around you! God did not create man to allow devil to dominate and rule our lives with sin, sickness, disease, lack, poverty, fear, failure, and negative attitudes and behaviors...none of these should dominate or rule your life. Rom. 6:12-14 You need to break free from any power that dominates or controls you!!! Its a revolution time...a revolution to break free satanic domination and control in your life! What is Dominion? Dominion means government or kingdom...kings domain Dominion has to do with rulership, kingship, leadership, or governorship...that means to be in-charge or control over the affairs of life here on earth. Government can be defined as the body within an organisation or state that has the authority to make and enforce rules, laws, and principles; thereby, control and direct the actions and behaviors of individuals within the organisation or state and deals with everyday administrative issues. In essence, God established man here on earth to make and enforce the rules, laws, and principles of the kingdom of God in order to bring all things and the entire earth under Gods kingdom. To have dominion does not meant to control other people’s life…God did not create to have dominion over other people, but over our areas of gifts and talents…any form of human control in your life is witchcraft. To have dominion means to have influence in people’s life through service…serving your God-given gift and talent…you cannot be a man or woman of dominion unless you discover their gifts and talents and serve to others in submission to the principles and laws of God’s kingdom. Jesus lived in total dominion while he was on this earth…everything was subject to him. He could speak to powers and forces of darkness, to elements of nature such as trees, storms, fish, and water and they obeyed. How did he do that? Simple…he submitted himself to God’s kingdom government while he was here on earth…he submitted himself to a higher principles and laws of life therefore lower laws were subject to him. In the same manner, we can also live in total dominion over all forces and power of darkness and over all elements of nature…if only we can also submit ourselves to the principles and laws of God’s kingdom here on earth. Jesus lived in total dominion by applying the principles, laws, keys, values, morals, and standards of the kingdom while he was on earth…he allowed the governing authority of God over his life by obeying the Word of God, therefore all things were also subject to him…that is the kind of life God wants to bring into us …a kingdom lifestyle!!!! God created every person to dominate his own environment and to bring every negative circumstance under His authority…to dominate does not mean to control other people, but we dominate through influence by exercising our God-given gifts and talents. Jesus was a man of great influence therefore could not be ignored by any man – either you love him or hate him, accept him or reject him, but nobody ignored him. Wherever he goes, his presence must be recognized whether they like him or not…that is a life of dominion!!! God wants you to have dominion here on earth no matter where you find yourself – you are created to rule, not to be ruled…created to dominate, not to be dominated. Today, make a decision that whatever power or force that controls or dominates your life, mind, body, marriage, business, finance must be destroyed, uprooted, and pull down in Jesus name. Though God created you for dominion, but you cannot exercise your God-given dominion unless you allow God to dominate your heart and mind through His Word. Until you allow God to dominate your life…you cannot dominate your world!!! Until you allow God to rule your life…you cannot rule your own world!!! Until you allow God govern your life…you cannot govern your world!!! This is why human government will not succeed, because we have not allowed God’s government into our lives as human beings. The only way human government can succeed is to allow God’s own government to come into our lives here on earth. That is why Jesus asked us to pray for His kingdom to come and His will be done here on earth in our lives as it is in heaven…Matt. 6: 10 The kingdom of God in you is your power to have dominion here on earth…this is why Jesus asked you to seek first thing first…the kingdom “government” of God and His righteousness “His ways of doing things” Matt. 6: 33
