Well, just depends upon you, on how much you want to do. EXAMPLE: Jungle ATV Rides would be BIG at this location, as they are not now offered in the area, and thousands of Cruise Ship Tourists pass every day. At $40 per half hour ride ~ along with auxiliary sales from restaurant and bar ~ ATV Rides could (easily) bring in more than $200K per year, from just a few ATVs!
