CRISIS CALL UPDATE You may recall 2 days ago we put out a Crisis Call request. A middle age woman who had escaped a domestic violence situation with her intellectually disabled teenage daughter. The duo had hit it tough. Even spending one night on a park bench in the rain. The duo were then housed in a temporary refugee by department of housing for a week, before they finally secured a home. While they managed to secure a home, that was all they had 4 walls and a roof over their head. We put a request out Tuesday requesting numerous items to furnish the house to make it a home rather than a house. We managed to do just that thanks to the extremely generous donations from you our followers. Thank you Ash, Mici, Matt and Mel, Kiery, Hayley plus the annonymous donors. These people all provided several items to assist. Lana and Roger made several deliveries last night. This lady and her daughter thanks to all of our wonderful followers now has a lovely place to call home. Thank you everyone your kindness is beyond comprehension. Cheers Sally
