CROSSING INTO THE LEADERSHIP SIDE OF YOUR LIFE - ISAIAH 6:8; ROMANS 12:3-8 Leadership is one of the most important subjects that you will have to deal with as you grow on in Christ. It is one of the most important subjects on the earth. Romans 12 verse 8 says “he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence…” (NKJV) Everything that God does on earth rises and falls depending on the leadership factor. For the fulfilment of God’s plans and purposes, God is always looking for a man, not just any man but a man that He to whom He can entrust the assignment of what He wants to do. That is why God is not compromising on the subject, requirements, qualifications, demands of leadership; and the process of selecting of leaders in His kingdom. Until you exert yourself personally to cross into the leadership side of your life, you cannot maximize your potentials on the earth. Every pastor that will fulfill the mandate of God for his life and ministry must be serious about the subject of leadership. You cannot continue to take the easier options and less demanding roles and expect to flourish in the will of God for your life. You must exact yourself and stretch to become a leader that God can trust. A husband must become a leader for his family to become what God wants it to be. A wife and mother must also crossover to become a leader if the children are going to turn out right in life and in God’s counsel. A pastor must crossover into becoming a leader if his church will fulfill the expectation of heaven. The subject of leadership is extremely important and you should begin to stretch yourself to fit the leadership expectations that God has for you. God is always looking for a man/woman in every generation. I hope it will be you. Prayer: Father, help me to press on towards the mark of the high calling you have placed on me. I receive the grace to press beyond my comfort zone till I become the leader You have called me to be in Jesus’ name, amen.
