CRUSHED my morning X3 Warrior Workout and followed it with Body Beast shoulders (im doing X3 Lean and 3 days a week of Beast upper body strength and abs) Its been a LONG time since I worked out in the morning. and just on Day two of my commitment to 7 AM workouts and I am already feeling the energy increase. Post workout: 1 red (Tropical Vegan Shakeology) + 1 Purple (strawberries) + 1 oranged (milled flax seed) + 2 TSP (melted vigin coconut oil). BAM!! Cant tell you how good it feels to feel like im BACK... NOW its time to dig in and mentor other amazing SWARM Coaches in our R.A.M.P program. Zoom meeting at 11 A.M with coaches from around the country. They are learning to do what we do as coaches so they can help more people and earn additional income for their families working part time from home. Yes, we actually SHOW you how to do this, we dont just throw you to the wolves and make you figure it out on your own. I LOVE MY JOB!! PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE!! #SwarmNation #JustDoIt #HelpOthers #PHP
