CRY FOR HELP - Ive got my list of things I need to provide for my charity day at Parbold Flea Market on 27th July. Anything I can get donated will mean more money for the charity (JDRF) at the end of the day. If anyone can help with any of the following or knows where I can buy at a good price, id really appreciate it - 3 dozen eggs 60 sausages 80 slices of back bacon 10 tins of beans 8 loaves 3 dozen barms 2kg margarine 200g instant coffee 240 tea bags 1 kg sugar 1 litre of cooking oil 10 pints/6 litres of milk 2 bottles of ketchup 2 bottles of brown sauce serviettes cakes/biscuits/childrens drinks etc some kind of special (i.e. shepherds pie/hotpot/quiche & beetroot/red cabbage) Im also going to need the following helpers - 1. Someone to put out traffic cones and help marshal car park 2. Someone to manage a tombola stall 3. 5 people to help in the kitchen (cooking, making tea/toast and serving) 4. Someone to sit on the door and collect the door charge 5. Someone to sell raffle tickets on the day 6. Help setting up tables at the start and help packing tables away at the end The market is on from 9am until 2pm (im going to need to be there from around 7am) so if anyone can spare a few hours to help, I would really appreciate it.
