Its excellent thermal qualities can provide the most benefit. 83 Leopold St, South Yarra: This project is a smaller Renovation/ Extension. It is an elegant extension to a heritage home with clever use of sightlines and multiple levels. This project is at foundation stage. 51 Bridge Street, Port Melbourne: Another heritage listed property, using clever design and making great use of limited space. This project features internal timber cladding and a light well creating great natural light. This job will test how well we keep a clean operable site with limited access and space. We look forward to the challenge! The Langham Hotel: The installation of 6 new modwood decking on the pool terrace level.
