The Customer Service Representative is responsible for completing administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, processing requests for service information, scheduling clinic appointments and registration of clients. Please Note: To be eligible for permanent appointment to a position in NSW Health, you must have an Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency. Selection Criteria: - Previous experience in the provision of customer call centre. - Clear understanding of confidentiality issues. - Demonstrated excellent customer service skills. - Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Terminology. - Effective high level of communication, liaison, negotiation and organisational skills. - Knowledge of the aged care industry and community services - Demonstrated excellent computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email.
