Cabinet approves transfers and postings in civil administration SJAZ RISHU SRINAGAR, SEP 04. The Cabinet which met here under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah ordered following transfers and postings in the civil administration. 1. Mr. Shaleen Kabra, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Health & Medical Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Member, J&K Special Tribunal, vice Mr Tushar Kanti Sharma. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal, till the incumbent Chairman returns from leave, relieving Mr. B.A. Runiyal of the additional charge of the post. 2. Mr. Farooq Ahmad Factoo, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, BPE & Floriculture Department, has been transferredand posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Industries & Commerce Department, vice Mr. Saurabh Bhagat. 3. Mr. Gazzanfer Hussain, Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Health & Medical Education Department, vice Mr. Shaleen Kabra. 4. Mr. Tushar Kanti Sharma, Member, J&K Special Tribunal, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, BPE& Floriculture Departments, vice Mr.Farooq Ahmad Factoo. 5. Mr. M.S. Rather, Vice Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, vice Mr. Gazzanfer Hussain. 6. Mr. Satish Nehru, Vice Chairman,Jammu Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Housing & Urban Development Department. 7. Mr. Shafat Noor Barlas, has been transferred and posted as Vice Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, till further orders. 8. Mr. Saurabh Bhagat, Secretary to the Government, Industries & Commerce Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, School Education, Jammu,vice Mr. P.K. Pole. 9. Mr. P.K. Pole, Director, School Education, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Forest Department. 10. Mr. Kuldip Lal Khajuria, Municipal Commissioner, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority, vice Mr. Satish Nehru. 11. Mr. Kiran Wattal, Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, has been transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Jammu, vice Mr. Kuldip lal Khajuria. 12. Mr. Ram Paul, Secretary, J&K Housing Board, shall hold the charge of the post of Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, till further orders. The cabinet also approved following transfers and postings in the Forest Department. 1 Mr. Deepak Khanna, (APCCF), Director, State Forest Research Institute has been transferred and posted as Chief Conservator of Forest, Projects & Planning viceMr. Mukerjeet Sharma. 2 Mr. Ravi Kumar Kesar, (APCCF), Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Director, Forest Protection Force relieving Mr. Abdul Razaq ofthe additional charge. 3 Mr. Mukerjeet Sharma, (APCCF) Chief Conservator of Forests, Projects and Planning has been transferred and posted as Director, Soil Conservation Department vice Mr. Upinder Pachnanda. 4 Mr. Upinder Pachnanda, (CCF) Director, Soil Conservation Department has been transferred and posted as Director, State Forest Research Institute vice Mr. Deepak Khanna. 5 Mr. L.K. Sharma, CCF, CAMPA, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, State Forest Corporation relieving Mr. A.K. Tickoo, of the additional charge. 6 Mr. M.A. Tak, (CCF) Regional Director, Wildlife Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Director, Social Forestry Department relieving Mr. S.P. Sharma of the additional Charge. 7 Mr. Roshan Jaggi, Conservator Forest (East Circle) Jammu has been transferred and posted as CCF Jammu vice Mr. R.K. Kes
