Cake Cake Thats what my almost 2 yr old was constantly saying for the past two days. I remember how my mom would instantly make anything I demanded at any point of time. And I felt the same love and affection, when my son kept on saying cake . So today I took out time and made this VANILLA CHOCOLATE ALMOND CUPCAKES ( EGGLESS ). I am not that good at baking, more so its eggless. I constantly felt the cake would not rise up well or the taste would be off. But thanks to many many many CAL members who posts eggless cake recipes , I was able to make a perfect cake- to be precise cupcakes. The happiness on my sons face was worth it. I even recorded it. My husband who is very picky about cakes also enjoyed it. PS: the recipe will be posted tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.
