California is really cracking down on motorcycles lately. Air Resources Board fining the piss out of aftermarket manufacturers and preventing upgrade parts from being sold here, no more vertical license plates (letters ams hards?) and now, due to a formal complaint of a single concerned citizen, filtering is in jeopardy. Its the norm in every other country in the world, I guess we have the worlds most inept drivers?
