A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Call Center Representative to join our team in Downtown Chicago, IL. Position Functions or Responsibilities: Main responsibilities include answering first level inbound telephone inquiries in a professional manner regarding account billing, payments, and other related account specific issues in a high-paced call center environment. Responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries to customer satisfaction and or identifying and escalating second level issues. Ability to handle more indepth or complex issues. Train new hires. Excellent verbal communication skills required. Excellent listening skills required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills highly sought. Other key competencies: · problem analysis · problem solving · adaptability · team work · stress tolerance General Experience: proficient in relevant computer applications knowledge of customer service and or call center principles and practices knowledge of call center telephony and technology Call Center or Customer Service experience (minimum of one year) good data entry/keyboard skills Basic Qualifications: Required Skill: Minimum of one year experience in a customer service/call center environment This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.
