Call for volunteers! The 5th Annual Western MD Kidney Ride, Saturday Sept 28th. The event takes place on the GAP at 10:00 AM. Event participants begin at Canal Place, and ride as far west as the Savage Tunnel. Our role is to ride along with the participants, monitor safety and provide information and assistance as required. We will meet on Canal Place at 9:45 AM, and be finished by 3:00 PM. You may ride whatever distance is comfortable for you, and/or for the length of time you have available on that day - any and all help is greatly appreciated! The event will provide water, snack, and aid stations along the GAP. Remember: The Kidney Foundation supports some of our very own WMW members. Please respond if you can help.
