Call me stupid for the day! I was out trying to put cement around a pole to replace the mailbox. Now, while I work professionally in a field dominated by men I do not know how to do manly house repairs! Reading last is not a good thing and I should have known better. Put the 4x4 in the hole , my husband who doesnt know how to do those things either, poured the bag of cement in the hole. While he is getting the water I am patting the cement down evenly around the hole with my hand and cute little bronze flats. No socks of course it is getting warmer here. My foot is starting to feel funny so I figured Id best get my shoes off that some of the cement powder got in there. As I am walking down the driveway I read the bag. Warning......do not get in contact with your skin. Contains silicon. Will burn. Wash with soap and water for 15 minutes...if you see a burn forming get to Doctor immediately! Oh great...just what I need . My foot is burning. I have washed and I am sitting on edge of tub soaking! Drat drat drat.. Read first peeps!
