"Call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver thee"...(Psalm 50:15), but when Lord, you may think. I have pleaded, I have cried, but I am about to die from my trials! Do you doubt He will deliver you? Consider this, Hebrews 11:13 - "Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God". I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the heavens and earth were made by God. I am sure of it, though I did not see Him making them. I did not see the light when He said, "Let there be light". I did not see Him divide the light from the darkness or gather together the waters so that dry land appeared, yet I am sure He did all of this. Even though I was not there to see Him make a bird or a flower, all of the evolutionists in the world could not convince me that God did not create the world. Why then should I not have the same kind of faith when I pray to God in my time of trouble? He created the world well enough without me being there or knowing how He did it, He will deliver me without me playing a part in that as well. It is no business of mine how he will do it. My only part is to pray and trust in God to do what He has promised.
