Called the shelter. The girl on the phone had no idea what she was reading (finally just read me the drs notes) and mispronounced a lot but what I did get is she has a skin condition with areas of hair loss and thickened skin, she has advancing arthritis with crepitus in her joints - mostly rear, she has an abnormal rear gait and her hocks are thickened, paws are inflamed, lots of flea debris noted, green discharge from both eyes, possible ear infection, she has dental issues and has a heart arrhythmia. They have her on various meds but as bad as all that sounds it seems it should be perfectly manageable once on proper meds.
