Calling all CAT alumni.... Graduate School of the Environment Changemakers event: 18-19 October Please join us on the weekend of 18-19 October for a very special event for students and alumni of CATs Graduate School of the Environment. Speakers include Doug Parr, Chief Scientist at Greenpeace, as well as Graduate School lecturers and alumni. Part conference, part networking event, part reunion, we’ll look at ways that we can all work together to really get to grips with urgent environmental challenges. The key theme of the weekend is changemakers - celebrating the difference that CAT alumni and students are making, and looking at ways that we can combine our efforts to have an even greater impact. Are you working on a project that others could help with? Are you involved in campaigns on a local or national level? Create new links and rekindle old friendships as we explore ways that we can achieve much more by working together. Talks, walks, seminars, practical sessions and discussions plus a Saturday night shindig with live music. The conference starts with lunch at 1pm on Saturday 18th October and finishes after lunch at 2pm the next day.
