Calling all comedy nerds! So heres what were doing. Next year late Jan/early Feb Im touring the UK performing anywhere but comedy clubs. Its called simply enough, Outside the Box ie: Comic book shops, record stores, indy music rooms, tea rooms, old retro cinemas, beat up dilapidated theatres, disused fire stations... essentially anywhere were not supposed to be. And that stag nights and hen dos wouldnt be seen dead in. Were even willing to gig in someones house if the situation seems right. If you think you have the right venue and you want us to come to your town you can contact : michaeldclapham@hotmail So far the cities we have 100% confirmed are Liverpool, Oxford, Manchester, Bridgend, Newport, Bristol, Leicester x2, Derby, Leeds, Sheffield. Areas we dont have covered and are willing to go are : West Country, South Coast, Norfolk and Midlands. Generally weve got weekends covered and shows will start in the early evening. We want the audience sober-ish enough to focus and enjoy some stand up comedy. If it is particularly far afield and you really really want us then speak to michaeldclapham@hotmail and maybe he can work something out. And sorry, no Plymouth, dont bother. Youre a naval town nightmare. Youll have to get the train to wherever we decide nearby.
