Calling all passionate writers! As Drama producer for Leeds Student TV next year, I’m on the search for some new and innovative student screenwriting to kick off of Student TV Drama 2014-2015. I’m aiming to produce 10 minute dramas to go out every 2 to 3 weeks as part of the LSTV broadcast, on our website and Youtube channel. Whether you’ve got a complete script stowed under your bed, a few scraps of dialogue or just an idea for a drama, I need you. Please email [email protected] to show your interest. Remember, as it’s TV drama, you must bear in mind location, period and the fact the actors will all be students. You might want to draw on your own experiences of living in Leeds and amplify them – It’s drama after all - or take a more abstract approach in which setting, age, gender even, don’t matter to the piece.
