**Calling all runners** Interesting fact I read recently.. Did you know that 2 weeks of just doing high intensity interval training (hiit) workouts improves your aerobic capacity as much as 6-8 weeks of endurance training? So, if youre thinking about running a few races this spring/summer you might want to put a little more hiit in your life! I know personally, I never ran consistently once before my first 5K, I just did HIIT training and I completed the race in 26 min.. That was my first race ever and Im not a runner, I just like to train like one ;) What HIIT training is your fav?? Any runners have this same experience?
