Came home from a middle school game and had to do some serious talkin to Jesus as I cleaned the kitchen... What would He have done in my shoes this evening when the F bomb and many other colorful (mostly black) words came out of the mouth of a parent in front of a number of impressionable children, toddler and elementary school (and administration). My flesh wants to get on here and rant... I wont. My heart breaks for Jesus. It breaks for the child on the field who has to live with that as acceptable behavior. Im embarrassed for our community that looked really bad this evening because of it. What would Jesus do? Hed love her. Perhaps He would have gone and sat beside her and talked about the goodness of God... perhaps thats what I should have been doing instead of seething. Sorry.... Just praying it will make a difference in someones life. I really do love the sinner... but it sure is hard to get past my own frustration... Before you get on here and decide to talk negative about me or my Lord... please dont. If you have something positive or encouraging to say, please do. If youd just like to agree to pray with me... that would be awesome.
