Came home from our National Leadership Development Conference 2014 to a wonderful surprise. My first article on The Huffington Post is publicly published! Going through an intensive one year leadership position running a national non-profit organization has led me to seek for ways to find more balance in my life as the pressures of leadership can be incredibly overwhelming. Balance is not a word many leaders talk about as we often attribute success to working non-stop, 24/7 and late into the night.
