Cameroon: Decree No. 2013/227 of 8 July 2013 on the ratification of the loan agreement combined resources of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in the amount of 1.74 million U.S. dollars, equivalent to approximately 1.16 million Islamic, or about 922 million FCFA dinars, and the Solidarity Fund for Development (FSID) an amount of 2.54 million U.S. dollars, equivalent to approximately 1.69 million Islamic dinars, or about resources 1.34 billion FCFA, concluded May 8, 2013 between the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and the Republic of Cameroon, to finance the Improvement of Agricultural Productivity of Small Farmers (AAPP) Program. The President of the Republic, Given the Constitution; Pursuant to Law No. 2012/014 of 21 December 2012 Finance Act of the Republic of Cameroon for the year 2013. Having regard to Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 on the organization of the Government; Considering Decree No. 20131084 of 15 March 2013 empowering the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development (MINEPAT) to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (BID), a combined loan agreement resources of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in the amount of 1.74 million U.S. dollars, equivalent to approximately 1.16 million Islamic dinars, or about 922 million FCFA, and Solidarity Fund resources for Development (FSID) in an amount of 2.54 million U.S. dollars, equivalent to approximately 1.69 million Islamic dinars, or about 1.34 billion CFA francs to finance the Improvement Program of the Agricultural Productivity Smallholder (AAPP). Enacts as follows: Article 1 - Is ratified the loan agreement combined resources of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in the amount of 1.74 million U.S. dollars, equivalent to approximately 1.16 million Islamic dinars, or about 922 million CFA, and Solidarity Fund for Development (FSID) an amount of 2.54 million U.S. dollars, equivalent to approximately 1.69 million Islamic dinars, or about 1.34 billion CFA resources found May 8, 2013 between the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and the Republic of Cameroon, to finance the Improvement Programme Smallholder Agricultural Productivity (AAPP). Article 2 - This Decree shall be registered, published according to the emergency procedure and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
