Campbell Hall Café Menu: Week of October7th – October 11th ITALIAN MONDAY! Meat lasagna, made with ground 100% certified Angus beef, ricotta, mozzarella, and our home made tomato sauce. Veggie lasagna, made with eggplant, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, ricotta, mozzarella and our home made tomato sauce. Always served with the option of extra steamed veggies. TACO TUESDAY! Street Tacos: Carne asada, chicken, vegan or tilapia tacos served with Spanish brown rice and beans. So Simple yet sooooo GOOD. If you are feeling spontaneous, ask about our secret filling options. SUSHI WEDNESDAY! Sushi: Sushi Chef K.T. from Sushi Dan will be rolling up some Campbell Hall Rolls! Chicken teriyaki. Tender, golden-brown slices of Teriyaki chicken topped with our exclusive teriyaki sauce and mixed vegetables, over a bed of plump steamed brown rice all topped with sesame seeds and green onions. BBQ THURSDAY! Campbell Hall Steakhouse. Chef T. will be grilling up some 4oz beef sirloin medallion, 4oz pork tenderloin or Grilled chicken breast. Served with an option of mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and grilled veggies. FRIDAY Chicken parmesan. Large breaded chicken breast in our homemade marinara sauce, topped with melted mozzarella cheese. Served with a side of orzo pasta and steamed vegetables Always have the option to choose from a vegetarian menu, a selection of fresh salads, Boar’s Head deli sandwiches, Subway sandwiches, healthy snacks, and a wide variety of specialty beverages every day.
