If they where to go with the Cartoonish Animated Batman;Comic Style where The Joker was whitty, whimsical, Sad Comical and hilarious "Joker" like the One portrayed by Jack Nicholson & director Tim Burton Then Yes. But I dont think anybody can pull off Chris Nolans "Joker" Portrayed by Heath Ledger. His acting was phenomenal, Wicked, full of Twiztid Humor and SO Dark. You could see and feel his Energy and power (most argue, but he got so into the roll he ended up dieing from just the character he was becoming for real "The Joker"You cant match that in my opinion...Its not gonna be easy like Bale/Affleck one so ever.
