Can You Trade?- Has someone ever taken advantage of you or insulted someone you love? If so, we need to leave it in God’s Hands. It took the heart attack and what I went through to get that to really ‘register’, though! Before, the first thing I would have done is called them out and/or lashed out. BUT! That’s NOT what God wants. And we have to obey Him! He wants us to exchange a blessing for an insult. Praise You Jesus!!!! I told my relative to pray for them; but stay away. “Thank You Lord Jesus for giving me the wisdom to choose lifesaving words to say to my family member and I thank you also Lord,for the only feelings in my heart that day were sympathy and the knowledge that this person needs prayer. Please Dear Lord, continue to let my heart feel mercy and forgiveness toward others. Amen” 1 Peter 3:9 ”Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.”
