Can anyone reply to this with one line or very short description of the reason for crashes then have had, this might allow us to see a pattern behind the bad crashes we see listed, mentioned or filmed and therefore learn from them. I expect we will get reasons like Flew out of range, prop failure, lost transmitter control, inexperience, flying too close to objects. losing sense of direction etc. but it will show up the most common failures and things for beginners to look out for.
