Can anyone tell me how waiting on hold for the initial call for 20 minutes and then again for 30 minutes when the problem was actually resolved the first time constitutes good customer service. Thanks Comcast. If you do not have enough staffing to handle all the customers calling in, in a reasonable amount of time, maybe you should hire more staff - I am sure there are some folks out there who could use the job. The women, I finally talked to were pleasant an accommodating but you have to wait so long you are irritated before you even talk to a human!
