Can somebody please tell me who is the person responsible for sending passports to the different embassies of the Republic of Namibia. I applied for a new one in May with the Namibian Embassy in Berlin but to date I have nothing. All i want is to go home but I cant because I dont have a passport so I cant travel. Being that I applied for it in May i figured 3 months was more than reasonable, so I cancelled all my contracts this side (it takes 3 months to cancel) and now I will be homeless as of Friday. I just need the name of the person responsible so that I can tell them to send it with DHL instead. BTW: the embassy said there is nothing they can do... i guess next time i need a passport i will apply 2 years in advance but i am not sure if that is enough time. The annoyance i feel right now in a foreign country is crazy. .. i am starting to understand why people seek asylum or change nationalities. I knew we were slow but damn this is another form of service. Please let me know. . Thanks
