Can someone explain to me why its ok for Western states to violate the sovereignty of Syria in order to attack a terrorist group half way across the world, but its not ok for Russia to violate a states sovereignty to deal with a perceived security threat on its own border? If NATO is entitled to act to defend its interests or values, then so is Russia. And if Russia must comply with international law, then so must NATO states. You cant have it both ways.
