Can you help identify these offenders? On the 27th of September two male offenders forced entry into an apartment complex that was under construction at 1088 Stud Road, Rowville. The offenders stole numerous kitchen appliances such as ovens, cooktops and also diswashers. A forklift was also stolen from the worksite. The offenders are described as below. MALE 1: appears as tanned skin, 20 - 25 yrs of age, unshaven or slight beard. He was wearing work boots, blue jeans, blue denim shirt and a yellow high-vis vest. He was wearing a baseball cap at times on the CCTV footage. MALE 2: appears Caucasian , 20 - 30 years of age, wearing dark trousers with an orange puffy style high vis vest.
