Can you please help get this out to anyone in the area that could possible check on them/help them: I have a friend, Billie Windom, whose boyfriend Todd Tinley has been stranded on I-285 W near Hwy 166 for almost 24hrs now. He also has a co-worker with him who is diabetic and has been without his medications, food and water. They are in a light blue older model Toyota Camry with a Spalding County tag.
