Can you post this for me? It does not have to be anonymous. I have to say that this is one of the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL responses to a review of a veterinary clinic when it was noted how they let an animal that had been hit by a car sit in the waiting room for 2 hours until the payment could be made in full. The soldier had just had her spayed the day before and the donations were even being called directly into them and yet they would not see the dog until all the money was in place. Animal House Veterinary Clinic Has anyone ever thought that while you ask your vet to care for every sick or injured pet that owners bring in without funds you are asking your vet to take of ALL of those pets as a financial responsibility when the owners of the individual pets cant take financial responsibility for the ONE pet they bring in. I will guarantee you Animal House has given away, donated and treated for free more than anyone who has posted here would be willing to do. If I had a pet I loved SO much, I would make sure I had enough money or means to take care of that pet in case of an emergency. If you have a pet and cant care for him/her in an emergency, then you obviously dont need the pet and arent responsible enough to care for the pet and you should be charged with negligence in my opinion. And, if vets treated all of the animals whose owners had no money, they would all go bankrupt and would not be able to treat any more animals, which is somewhat of a national problem. Unfortunately, veterinarians do not get to mark up their products and services nearly as much as physicians do so profit margins are much tighter. So, take care of the responsibilities you have in life and quit blaming others, another reason this country is in turmoil. To post here and blame Animal House because you could not take care of your financial responsibilities is immature and irresponsible. I know teenagers with more tact and maturity. 5 hours ago ยท Like
