To support our global expansion, we are looking for a Canadian- Sales Executive in freelance Key responsibilities Identify third parties: Qualify them when discovered, Identify the process to create a partnership: technical specifications for the gateways, contacts list, how to contact their clients, steps for confirmation, time frame for implementation of the data…) Contact clients of the third parties, promote the company and its services, explain the process in a professional manner and collect the necessary data from them to set up the gateway. Keep track of the gateway until final confirmation has been received. Identify and manage the call centre: Listen to recordings to assess quality and give feedback to the call centre manager Make sure the scope of services and feedback are implemented and taken into account. Keep track of daily statistics sent by the Call centre Identify big clients: Contact the prospect, promote the company and its services, Determine the method used to post adverts: manually, XML of CSV feed Convince them to provide us with their feed so that we can publish their adverts on our websites Put the new client in contact with the IT project director to start the process while sending relevant information Take part in moderation activity on the websites to keep them secure and reliable Assure customer service along with the team to maintain quality of the experience. Report daily to the Sales Manager regarding process, to forward feedback on the market and give insight on the specificities of the market. We will give you the capability to make call, you will need to use your own headphone and laptop.
