Cancellation Policy The start of new year has seen many new customers wishing to book places for classes at the yoga therapy lounge and we have waiting lists for most classes. Experience has unfortunately shown that we need to define a clear Cancellation Policy. As such, a 24 hour notice is required when cancelling a class booking at The Yoga Therapy Lounge. This gives us time to re allocate your place to someone on our waiting list. Failure to give 24 hours notice or not turning up to a class you have booked will result in a request for the full class fee. The cancellation policy will be implemented from 1st Feb 2014.
