** Cancellation policy ** I am sad to say that due to the high volume of no shows and cancellations giving less than 24 hours notice, i am having to enforce the cancellation policy, and also the deposit system. (All details are on the website) Details are: 1) If 48 hours notice or more is given then the cancellation charge is 0% of the treatment cost. 2) If 24-48 hours notice is given the cancellation charge is 50% of the treatment cost. 3) If less than 24 hours or NO notice is given the cancellation charge is 100% of the treatment cost. As we are only in salon 2 days a week our appointments are limited, and we are having to turn clients away. We understand that from time to time things happen, however I am sure you will also appreciate we are a small business and not a charity. :-) But please be aware that this policy will be enforced for any future cancellations or no shows, as of today.
