Cant believe I have to post this but here it goes: Just a rule of thumb for all purchasers out there of a cellular device in this case a cell phone and you are trying to activate it on a carrier (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T- Mobile) you really want to check out the esn or imei. Without checking this the phone could be stolen and the phone is worthless to you. If someone doesnt post the serial number on the device it is safe to say the phone is not legitimate. Also if the iCloud account (iPhone) isnt properly removed the phone is useless to you as a phone or an iPod. Same goes with the gmail account on an android phone. For your sake and your sanity please verify this information before purchasing. Seen it way too much recently with the holiday and just sheer stupidity. Happy buying. Happy selling. Happy Thursday.
