Cant believe the week is almost coming to an end her in soyapango , El Salvador and what an emotional roller coaster its been . Today the Cedeinfa El Salvador team took us to the beach as a day to regroup and reflect on our events and task at hand and really take in what God is doing here . While there , I got to witness something very special and emotional as 6 of our very own team members got baptized in the Pacific Ocean just out side of San Salvador , what a blessing that was to see. Tomorrow will be our last day out in the communities as we meet with more families and pray with them before this years mission comes to an end . Tonight during our nightly devotions , the 11 new members of the team including myself had a chance to speak and share our thoughts and let me tell ya , that was extremely tough for me as I stepped out of my comfort zone and shared some pretty personal things about my life and how being here reminded me of them and brought out those emotions with the hardest one being Emerson , the young boy who our foundation is named after and how hes HIV Positive and the moment I heard that when we was with him and by his side , under a bridge in the homeless area where he stays I couldnt help but thank about mom and I had to walk away for a moment to gather myself and shed a few tears . I just wanna say thank you , a sincere thank you to all for all the love , support and prayers for us and the people of El Salvador . Im gonna leave here with a new vision , perspective and a stronger walk with God . #BeBrave
