Cant sleep so thought id share my journey so far... 4 months ago I never ran.. would only walk on the treadmill or while taking my baby for a walk in her JOGGING stroller. I could only go for 1minute on level 1 on the elliptical before my muscles would burn and id be out of breathe. I wore sweatpants and sweaters everday in hot humid weather because its the only thing that fit me & I looked like a sausage in everything else. I decided being a single first time mom meant zero time for working out or eating healthy meals. I fell off the health fitness wagon for a bit and gained 8-9lbs.. stuffed my face and didnt exercise at all. Lost all motivation and willpower. Glad to say I jumped back on the wagon & thats what is important. As for now... I can run for 10-15 minutes straight with 2minute breaks in between on and off for an hour. Still room for improvement but way better then before! I am now on level 4 for 30+/- minutes straight on the elliptical & i live in crazy colored/printed workout clothes, runners & ponytails cause its a new passion to get fit and im always active. Its hard but I can now manage my time where I can workout for 1-3hrs a day, eat clean/healthy, do meal prep & have a happy rested baby! I went from my heaviest ever, 250lbs to 205lbs today :) some of my fav quotes.. no excuses, just do it, & its not easy but its worth it. Just wanted to share a little motivation & Inspiration... pic is of me now with the measuring tape of how big I used to be! Tnx for everything HANS ♡ **work in progress ;) **
