Capers, Hope everyone is doing OK. There was a good bit of damage done around the neighborhood, lots of debris, especially the Fairwinds/ Lake Claire area. I have counted 13 BGE trucks in the neighborhood in the last hour. I stopped by a few streets to help clear limbs and trees where I saw neighbors out clearing the streets. Stopped by a few homes where there was considerable damage. It looks like as usual in a community of great people there were lots of neighbors helping neighbors. Great job to all that responded including the Youth Sailing Club for clearing limbs via chainsaw at Lake Claire so Sailing Camp will go on tomorrow. Also a big thanks to the Cape St. Claire Volunteer Fire Department for their prompt response throughout the community and finally to BGE for being very timely in their response overall.
