#CapitalNewsBIT Two men who were masquerading as National Water and Sewage corporation engineers have been arrested for stealing laptops, Flat screen TV, and 800,000 shillings. The Suspects Emmanuel, and Ryan Bakaki both residents of Amazon Luwafu in Makindye Division entered into Annet Kankundas house after introducing themselves as workers of national water and sewerage corporation. Charity Atugonza a house maid said the two and others at large told her that they had come to check on the water metre. The DPC Katwe Police station Ibrahim Saiga said the two police is investigating the matter and the two will soon be arraigned in court to face charges of robbery.
