Carbon Monoxide Most people have heard of carbon monoxide (CO) and know that its dangerous. But its often a mystery of where it comes from, how its produced, its physical symptoms, and what precautions you can take to ensure it doesnt endanger you. Or worse, kill you. One way to help your family know if Carbon Monoxide is in your home is to install a carbon monoxide detector. Place one near your wood, gas or oil burning appliance and one on each level of your home and at your cabins. CO poisoning already have happened in our area over the last several years, both at homes and cabins. If you need any information on CO detectors please feel free to call Chief R Normore at 673-7299 or fire Prevention Officer Everett Pitts 673-4889
